Northeast Wealth Solutions

The Director of Client Services at Northeast Wealth Solutions came into my showroom looking to for signage for their new satellite office in Old Saybrook, CT. One of the key goals was to ensure the office had a professional, which included the signage. They needed an exterior, double-sided sign installed in an existing pylon sign; an interior sign identifying their office entrance to clients, and lobby sign for the wall of their office. In particular, they wanted the lobby sign to be a real focal point for those who entered the office. The pictures show the finished signs in their various locations.

Northeast Wealth Solutions was established in 1997, where they offered professional asset management to investors throughout the Northeast. Today their team of skilled professionals provides asset management and investment planning services for individual, trust, corporate and qualified pension accounts. The client provided the basic artwork needed to create the signs; company logo and branding guidelines. The exterior pilon panel was constructed using 3M laminated print vinyl mounted to ¾” thick PVC. Angle brackets were used to install it to the existing posts. The interior sign by their entrance door was also a 3M laminated print mounted to a thin aluminum substrate and installed using double-sided VHB tape.

The lobby sign was a composite of several different products. The “Northeast” letters were made from ¼” thick dark blue acrylic and “Wealth Solutions” from ¼” thick black acrylic with a brushed aluminum face. The compass logo was constructed using Giclee printed face mounted to 1/4" thick opaque white acrylic and blue & white compass points formed out of plastic to provide a greater 3-dimensional affect. In this case the lettering was installed using 3M VHB double-sided tape.
